Web

A series of web interfaces have been developed for the Multinational Brassica Genome Project (MBGP) .

• CropStoreDB :: Maps (4 Brassica)
• CropStoreDB :: Populations (4 Brassica)
• CropStoreDB :: Traits (4 Brassica) - Online for community feed back
• CropStoreDB :: QTL (4 Brassica) - Online for community feed back

MS Windows

A prototype MS Windows interface to CropStoreDB has been developed using Delphi7. This can use the online database shared with the Web interfaces above, or local standalone MySQL implementation. Please contact Pierre Carion who can assist in setting this up.
